Strong technical grounding in film quality, application, and load stability. Sets the long-term direction of the company and keeps a close read on market trends. Values authenticity and loyalty in equal measure. Off the clock, daily sauna-and-cold-plunge sessions, run straight from the office.

The first Olesen in the industry and the original name behind the company. More than 20 years in transport packaging, advisory roles within EUMOS, and the designer of several test rigs in active use for load stability certification. Backbone of producer-side quality control, with a producer and distributor network built over two decades. Family man, and the source of most new ideas in the business.

Procurement Director
A long-standing figure in Asian packaging sourcing, with previous in-house roles at established producers across the Far East. Deep technical understanding of the production process. Extrusion, line economics, and raw-material flows. Manages procurement and negotiation across our producer network. Steady, positive, with a high work morale. Outside work, time with the wife and kids and as much travel as the calendar allows.

Heads sales from the UK. Background covers both the producing and distribution sides of transport and general packaging supply chains. Structured operator, focused on adding value at the customer’s level. Outside work, never says no to a round of golf, good food, or a session at the gym.

Coordination Manager
The eagle eye of the team. 18+ years in parcel and logistics services, with a track record of top customer-satisfaction scores and several service awards. Owns follow-ups, freight, documentation, and everything in between. Whatever the customer asks, Isabella moves it. Keeps the team on a short leash and the customer informed at every step. Recharges in the southern European sun.

The bridge between departments. Handles the back-office workflows that keep the front end running cleanly, working closely with Isabella on coordination. Calm, patient, and methodical, with a habit of going deep on new areas of the business. Long sauna sessions and the occasional old-fashioned walk outside the office.
